Digiripari – organisational licence
A digital collection of 13 themes for confirmation course organisers: inspiration, activities, leader materials, planning support and much more! The licence for the continually updated material is ordered for the named organisation’s own confirmation work. Not for individuals.
Your subscription continues automatically until terminated, so there is no need to place a new order each year. Give written notice by 31 December before the next period if you wish to end it. Read the Digiripari subscription terms.
Speeches and talks
Petra's inspirational talk
A 30–45-minute talk on your event's theme, including planning based on your brief. The topic may be church-related or another theme concerning life, work or leadership.
A 60-minute expert talk on human connection, workplace wellbeing or leadership. One agreed speaker: Petra or Bäsmä. Any guest experts are priced separately.
One leader and one coach work on the leader's chosen development goals or a difficult team situation. Initial and standalone consultations have a minimum three-hour charge.
Petra and Bäsmä together, up to 20 participants. The team defines its goals and we develop solutions, cooperation and better working practices. Also suitable for beginning work on a crisis; resolving an entire crisis in one meeting is not promised.
A workshop with two coaches for up to 12 managers. One main theme: people-centred leadership, feedback culture or handling difficult situations. Includes advance planning and a shared direction for next steps.
Petra and Bäsmä deliver a group-building programme for up to 20 people, with team activities and discussion supporting workplace wellbeing. Kohtaamistaide can be included for a small group, ideally 2–8 and maximum 10; larger groups split and other activities run alongside.
A day with two facilitators for up to 20 participants. Team activities, a participatory talk and purposeful work together. A Kohtaamistaide small-group session is possible. Venue, meals and external speakers are not included.
Art activities led by Bäsmä, a trained Kohtaamistaide facilitator. Ideal group size 2–8, maximum 10. Basic materials are included. Suitable as part of the organiser's wellbeing programme, rather than a full wellbeing day.
For 8–12 young people, Saturday–Sunday, 6 hours a day. Petra Paimenkallio leads AV teaching and production; Bäsmä Roinisto supports participation and group work. Advance planning, basic equipment, finishing one video of up to 3 minutes and one revision round are included. Travel expenses are added separately. Accommodation expenses also apply to journeys over 200 km each way from Hämeenlinna. The parish may provide suitable accommodation from Friday to Sunday, in which case Sheprock does not charge for accommodation. Any accommodation costs are agreed before confirmation. The parish provides facilities, participants' meals and a local responsible adult. Select the workshop Saturday; we also confirm availability for Friday's travel and Sunday.
Youth media workshop · Petra with parish staff support
For 8–12 young people, Saturday–Sunday, 6 hours a day. Petra Paimenkallio is the workshop's AV expert and facilitator. A parish employee attends both days and supports participants throughout. Only Petra's expert work is charged. Advance planning, basic equipment, finishing one video of up to 3 minutes and one revision round are included. Travel expenses are added separately. Accommodation expenses also apply to journeys over 200 km each way from Hämeenlinna. The parish may provide suitable accommodation from Friday to Sunday, in which case Sheprock does not charge for accommodation. Any accommodation costs are agreed before confirmation. Four text and image posts for one channel using images supplied by the customer. Includes a short content plan and one joint feedback round. Photography, ongoing posting and advertising budget are not included. The start date is agreed in the order.
One shoot of up to 2 hours and three 30–60-second videos. Includes basic editing, Finnish subtitles and one feedback round. One location and standard filming equipment are included.
One interview, up to 3 hours of filming at one location and one finished 1–3-minute video. Includes planning, basic equipment, editing, Finnish subtitles and one feedback round.
Up to 2 hours of recording, two cameras and one finished 30–45-minute episode. The customer provides a quiet location and participants. Basic editing and one feedback round are included; animation and extensive subtitles are quoted separately.

Clear terms, straightforward ordering
Order and confirmation
Sheprock Media Oy (business ID 3577119-8), Hämeenlinna, sheprockmedia@gmail.com. This shop is for organisations. A request does not activate a licence or make a binding booking. We confirm customer details, availability, content, applicable VAT, final price, licence or service terms, billing schedule and cancellation terms in writing before a contract is formed. You may withdraw a preliminary request by email. No payment is collected here.
Prices and travel
Package prices exclude VAT. Service estimates show an upper comparison using the standard 25.5% rate. The 13:1 licence price excludes VAT; the applicable tax is confirmed separately. Tax treatment of speaking and lecture fees is checked before confirmation, so the final tax may be lower or the fee exempt. Travel is calculated along a return road route from Hämeenlinna. A changed address, special arrangements or a larger scope require new price approval.
Order information
The data controller is Sheprock Media Oy. We collect order contact, billing and event details for planning delivery, preparing agreements and invoicing. Only authorised people and hosting and routing services process data as necessary. Only an address or location is sent to the routing service. This form does not collect marketing consent. Questions, access and deletion requests: sheprockmedia@gmail.com. Unfulfilled requests are deleted when no longer needed; completed orders and accounting information are retained as required by law.
Digiripari licence subscription terms
There is no need to renew your order each year. The subscription agreement continues until terminated, and access continues automatically.
Licence and order confirmation
The licence is ordered for the named organisation’s own confirmation-school work. Licences are not sold to individuals. An order request does not activate the licence. We check the organisation’s details and price, and confirm activation, usage rights, the first period’s dates, applicable VAT and the initial invoice schedule in writing. The contract is formed by a written order confirmation.
First period and the 2026 offer
For customer relationships beginning in 2026–2027, the first licence period ends on 31 January 2028. Licence orders placed in 2026 receive 30% off the first period’s regular price. The discount is shown directly in the membership-based price selector. Other organisers’ prices and discounts are itemised in their quote. The introductory discount does not apply to subsequent periods.
Continuity without a new order
The subscription agreement continues until terminated. There is no need to place a new order each year, and access continues automatically. After the first licence period, the regular usage and billing period runs from 1 February to 31 January. If written notice has not arrived by 31 December before the next period, the subscription also continues until the end of that next licence period.
Next period’s price and invoicing
The next licence period’s price is confirmed to the customer by message in November of the current year, before the termination deadline. Membership organisations are priced using their confirmed membership tier; other organisers’ pricing basis is confirmed in writing. Any price changes apply only to the next period. Its invoice is sent annually on 5 January using the agreed billing method. The first invoice for a subsequent period is sent on 5 January 2028 for 1 February 2028–31 January 2029. The initial order’s invoice schedule is agreed separately.
Written notice of termination
If you do not wish to continue for the next licence period, Sheprock Media Oy must receive your written notice by the end of 31 December preceding the current licence period’s end. For example, notice for the first period ending on 31 January 2028 must arrive by 31 December 2027. You may give notice earlier. Your access continues until the current licence period ends on 31 January.
Send notice by email to sheprockmedia@gmail.com or by letter to Sheprock Media Oy, Ruutikellarintie 54, 13210 Hämeenlinna. A letter must also arrive by the deadline. Include the organisation’s name and contact person’s details so we can identify the subscription. No separate form is required. For email, the receipt time counts, rather than when the message is read or acknowledged.
Notice received after the deadline
Notice received after the deadline ends the subscription at the end of the next licence period. The agreed licence fee for that subsequent period remains payable even if the invoice is still unpaid or the material is not used, unless a different ending arrangement is separately agreed. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not terminate the subscription. These terms do not restrict the right to end the contract for a material breach or other remedies available under law.
